It's time for Somonauk Summer Fest from July 30 to Aug. 1 at Somonauk Community Park.
The festival begins at 8 a.m. July 31. Activities are as follows: 8 a.m.: Rock the 'Nauk - Run / Walk 9 a.m.: 3 p.m.: Craft Show 10 a.m.: Parade - East Washington to Maple Street to East DeKalb Street to South East Street to East LaSalle Street 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.: Food Service (Various Area Restaurants) 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.: Games Noon to 12 a.m.: Beer Garden 12:30 p.m.: Bean Bag Tournament (Located inside of Beer Garden) 1-3 p.m.: Track and Field Games 4 p.m.: Truck and Tractor Pull (Pull in the Park) 7-8:30 p.m.: Live Music in the Beer Garden Featuring: - Karen Hart Band
