Valley West, along with nearly 40% of hospitals across the nation, use Press-Ganey as an independent surveyor concerning the delivery of care in our hospital. The results are used to teach, as opportunities for improvement for employees and staff, and improve the quality of care delivered to our patients.

More than 7,000 healthcare organizations use Press-Ganey to measure and improve the quality of care. Percentile ranking means that we scored better than X percent of all the other hospitals that use Press-Ganey as a benchmarking tool.

Valley West’s goal is to reach the top 10% in all categories surveyed.
The KishHealth System Fiscal Year runs from May 1 – April 30.
