Your Stay Checklist

Don't forget these important items when coming to stay at the hospital. We recommend that you bring the following with you:

• Toiletries - toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, mouthwash, soap
• Bathrobe
• Slippers
• Lip balm
• Reading material
• Change of clothes (clothes to wear home)
• Phone numbers of family or friends you may want to call
• Insurance card(s)
• A written list of current medications. Download a medication list from our website or bring the medications that you are currently taking.
